Pricing FAQ
What counts as an order?
An order is a single purchase placed in your online store, with its items, quantities and delivery details. We count orders that Fox tracks during your billing month.
How do I find out my number of orders?
Check your e-shop platform's admin or your carrier's reports. You can also use the slider above to estimate.
What happens if I go over my plan's orders?
Extra orders are billed at your plan's per-order price. For example, on Grow (250 orders included), shipping 300 orders costs €24 + 50 × €0.08 = €28.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of every feature, with no obligation and no credit card. At the end, choose a plan to keep going.
When will I be charged?
After your trial ends and you confirm a plan. You're billed monthly in advance, and any extra orders are added to the next invoice.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Billing section in your Fox account. There are no cancellation fees.
